Frequently asked questions
What is Fort?
Fort is a screenless wearable and iPhone app built around strength training, daily activity, and sleep. It brings your recorded workouts and overnight measurements together so you can see patterns over time.
How does automatic strength tracking work?
Fort uses motion data to automatically recognize your exercises and detect sets. It combines motion and heart rate data to analyze training intensity. Fort uses the weights in your training plan or asks you to add them when needed. Over time, Fort helps you understand your progress and how to keep building strength.
What does the app show?
Today brings together sleep, daily activity, and workouts. Training shows your workout history, exercise progress, and training plan. Signals shows recorded sleep and overnight measurements, including heart rate and HRV. Available measurements depend on the data recorded.
Which phones does Fort support?
The Fort app requires an iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Android will be supported by April 2027.
What are the device dimensions and weight?
The Fort device measures 35 × 16 × 9.5 mm and weighs 14.5 g.
What are the wrist size ranges?

How quickly does Fort charge?
Ten minutes of charging provides one day of wear.
